"Great location and excellent staff. The reception staff were super friendly and kind . Breakfast was amazing with great service and wide variety of options .mist attractions were within a 15 min walking radius. Room was relatively expensive but it is a boutique hotel ."

"Very cozy and clean with a lot of shops, transportation, food, and tourist attractions around. This is the very centre of Bern! Beautiful and Cozy. Loved every minute there!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights in the height of August - 3 of us in a family room (2 single beds downstairs and 2 on an upstairs mezzanine). There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. The room is very clean and very convenient for walking to the bus stop (which is free with a card from the accommodation) and only 10 mins walk from the railway station. Not a cheap place to stay - but nowhere is in Interlaken. Breakfast costs 25 Swiss Francs per person (which we did not try). Beds were very comfortable. Internet access was good (and free). Staff were very helpful, lending us an electric adaptor as our normal European one didnt match Swiss sockets. It would be good if a kettle was provided in the room. Overall we'd recommend this place to stay. "

"Charming hotel in a beautiful location! Go for a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, you won't be disappointed. Staff were outstanding. Restaurant food was delicious, and accommodated me close to their closing time upon my late arrival. "

"Overall a nice hotel and great location- only few mins away by bus to station that connects to different locations. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Would have been more comfortable to have standard tea station in rooms as had to always go downstairs to get a hot beverage for kids. Room was cleaned but noticed sink in bathroom was never cleaned during stay. "

"Wonderful location, beautiful views on the lake, mountains and castle. I loved being able to walk down the lake each morning for a swim, using the hotel's access and facilities (dressing room, toilet) right on the lakeside. "
