"Room was fine bur there was a lack of electrical outlets in the kitchen, one outlet for microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Clean room, not very large. Bathroom door was hard to close, shower was very small. Location is nice, close to walking old town and it has an underground garage."

"We had an amazing stay with our 2 children. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, and this was perfect - lots of space and storage. We loved the kids pool area and waterslide, as well as the large outdoor pool which was amazing on a sunny day. The food was really good and varied, our kids also loved it. Great location and lovely staff. We will definitely be back!"

"We booked this room last minute on the way through Austria and had a request of 2 extra pillows. By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful. "The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making the area look inviting. Location is excellent. Right in the heart of the town with good access to shops and ski slopes. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come again. It had everything that we needed."

"Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected."
