Great family stay

Everyone was just so amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The Tea-Master was kind enough to do the drink our 3 children asked for. The Indian Chef with mustache was so kind to ask if everything was okay. He had an incredible smile. This hotel is a match with Marriot! Thank you for the pleasant hospitality.

Wonderful stay at the Light Hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and the gym. The staff were very attentive. The location was close to other places to eat - we would recommend Jom Banana Leaf directly opposite the hotel. Exceptional breakfast too! We will definitely return.

1 .wellcoming staff are excellent 2 Inexperienced front desk staff (I gave her Marster card to pay for room deposit, but she asked for visa card.they asked for tax,but I have already paid by Expedia. 3. It was difficult to contact the housekeeping department to change for another pillow.

Book Queen got twin

I booked 1 week before arrival for a Queen Size Bed, when arrived, they only left twin bed. I stayed for 2 days. Seems like I’m not an important customer as I book through hotel.com and not through their website.

The Light - an option for a biz trip

The hotel is satisfactory, and the breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of options. However, the in-room amenities leave much to be desired. The slippers are of poor quality, and there are no pajamas provided. Additionally, the selection of complimentary drinks is limited. The staff's English proficiency is lacking, and their service lacks a warm touch. If it weren't for the breakfast, I would choose Sunway instead.

Rooms are cery clean and complimentary snacks available. Never had chance to go for breakfast and dinner. In room dining menu can be improved. Centralized ac is on of the concern in terms of becoming very cool, i dont feel they had ac control remote. I every time on and off manually at wall switch this can be improved.

The hotel employees some of them is amazing. Some employees doesn’t know what the rule and no idea what customers want. You pay for the full amount from Expedia but if there are any issue at the room and no alternative available, that mean you are stuck paying the higher rate and no compensation from hotel
