Affordable 30A Getaway! Updated studio condo close to the beach! Near Seaside.

"Pros-Great location to beach and food, clean and well stocked. Liked being on the bottom floor until you read the cons. Pool is well maintained and had nice lounge chairs. Friendly condo owners are a nice touch. Parking was easy and the grounds were well maintained. Cons-Unit is on the bottom floor-there is not much sound barrier. The people above us had a young child jumping off the furniture. We asked for grace but were awoken each morning at 6 am to running/stomping and jumping. The outdoor chair picture is not accurate. The chairs are rusty and the cushions torn and worn."

"Property location and price are very hard to beat. It’s a no-frills accommodation, and that’s okay! We really enjoyed it, just know that it’s not what most people would expect for a Seaside/Seagrove-style home. More old-school Florida vibes.Nit-picky, but the outdoor shower needs quite a bit of work. It’s not as nice and clean as the images show. The bathroom door needs a lock as other reviewers noted. 2 of the 4 beach chairs are broken, still usable, but should be replaced. An auger for the beach umbrella would be much more user-friendly than the PVC tube supplied.None of this is a deal breaker. Great value compared to nearby properties. Just a bit of room for improvement. We would absolutely book again."

"Within minutes of walking through the front door, we knew we had made the right choice. This home exceeded every expectation we had.The accommodations are outstanding, but what truly sets this property apart is the incredible attention to detail. Every room has been thoughtfully designed, and it’s obvious the owners have anticipated just about anything a guest could need. From beach gear and kayaks to backyard entertainment and countless little conveniences you don’t realize you need until they’re there, this home is stocked better than any vacation rental we’ve ever experienced.After more than 20 years of renting beach houses, I can honestly say this is, by far, the finest one we’ve ever stayed in. The difference is immediately noticeable because this home is lovingly owned and cared for by individuals—not managed by a large rental company—and it absolutely shows in every detail.If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. We will definitely be back, and we can’t recommend this home highly enough."
