"Air con did not work. Stuck at 27.5c Transferred to another room this was stuck at 24.5c. Open windows but noise from air conditioning units was so loud. Wi fi not working, goes on and off. Call help desk and nobody answers. Disappointed stay this time. And we have stayed here three times in the last year."
