Easy check in. Parking was underground and they give you a ticket so you can go in and out as many times as you want. My car was small enough, but a large van might not fit. Best to call ahead if you aren't sure. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It is only five minutes walk to the train station and all public transportation to historic Potsdam, and to Berlin. Room was sparsely funished but the bed was comfortable. My room looked out into the courtyard and the window could open all the way which was nice. AC was basic - be aware that you can only control fan speed, and set the temperture +3 or -3 degrees from their base tempertature.

It was clean, basic, same as the other Niu I stayed in. I prefer this brand of hotel because I know what I'm getting, they have decent soundproofing and only room card holders can access the accommodation part which I really appreciate as a solo female traveller.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, um zu Ausflügen zu starten. Leider ringsum Baustellen und viel Verkehr, deshalb ist es in den Zimmern vorne raus sehr laut. Mussten wegen der Zimmerwärme in der Nacht die Fenster öffnen. Die Betten sind leider grauenvoll. Wirken instabil und wackelig, extrem harte Kopfkissen. Selten so schlecht geschlafen. Das Frühstück dagegen war super. Angebot sehr gut und ausreichend, alles wurde schnell ausgefüllt. In den Zimmern keine Schränke , aber sonst Ablagemöglichleiten. Sehr schönes großes Badezimmer. Für Kurztrip und Sightseeing kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen. Ich kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Dann aber mit eigenem Kopfkissen und in einem Zimmer nach hinten raus.

The hotel is newly renovated and the best option right beside the train station BUT would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. Anytime any door closed in the hallway, the entire bed would shake (not being dramatic) the vibration would be all throughout the bed. No fridge in the room, and the restaurant wasn’t open except for breakfast. Nice bar though!

The young guy who checked me in was very unprofessional, I booked for a king bed, but I got a twin disabled room which I hate, I bought a large bottle of water for the night, when I try to open it it was open it mean they sale tap water late night they think the guest is drunk, that’s very cheap and wrong, but another night the girl she was working in the bar was very friendly and helpful.

Leider war der Spiegel im Badezimmer nicht geeignet um sich zu Rasieren. Es ist kein Schrank und kein Kühlschrank vorhanden Die Dusche war rutschig und der Wasserstrahl schlecht zu regulieren. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt würde ich wieder buchen.
