"Good staff"

"Had an early flight and decided to stay here. Wish we knew how fantastic the room would be because we would have stayed longer. The room was modern and clean. Appreciate the numerous available outlets for iPad, phones and laptops. The restaurant Mountain Hub Social was fantastic. The hostess (Cherryl) was warm and friendly. She really made us feel at home. The food was great and happy to report that it didn't seem like we were eating at an airport hotel."

"I was so surprised how much we liked this hotel. The room was spacious, the staff excellent, and the breakfast was amazing. Such a quick walk from the train station. I would stay again if I ever found myself needing a room in Munich. "

"Besides the usual hit and miss of the service based roles, this was an excellent location and hotel to stay in for the pricing at the time of booking. The room was clean with fresh air available, cleaned daily to a good standard. A beautiful bar but the service there was dependant on the staff member on duty. Gym for some reason doesn’t open til 7am, and steam room / sauna require request to be switched on. The breakfast is well above average and the restaurant staff at breakfast are attentive and proactive. All in all a great stay only marred by some inconsistent customer service in various departments. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was directly across from the train station and walking distance to Marienplatz and Augustine-Keller which was great. Room was smaller than the NH in Berlin mitte, but met our needs. Would stay again. "
