Krümeln in Schublade und Küchenschrank.Dunkle Wände mit Schimmelbildung über dem Wohnzimmerfenster. Dachfenster im Badezimmer lässt sich nicht verriegeln. An den Seiten des Dachfensters dringt Wasser ein. Wasserflecken bereits überstrichen. Die Wohnung ist stark abgewohnt, der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer, besonders in den Ecken...
