"The location is great. It is close to everything, yet you are not in the middle of the busyness of the center. The staff is very nice and accommodating. My only negative is that breakfast should have hagelslag and ombijtkoek given we are in Amsterdam!"

The staff were not great, grade of a B, but the hotel was busy and the staff were busy. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but is in need of a "face lift".
