Je n'ai pas aimé la surcharge de $16.95 US parce qu' on est allé mettre chacun deux petits sacs dans la chambre parce qu'on était 90 minutes avant le checking qui était a 3hrs PM la chambre était prête j'ai trouvé cela incorrect de leur part elle aurait pu nous aviser je serais reparti et je serais revenu. après avoir mis les sacs dans la chambre j'ai reparti aussi vite car j'allais a Fonda qui se trouvais a 45 minutes de là pour les courses d'auto. J'en suis pas revenu

WORST STAY OF MY LIFE!!!
Our stay was due to a power outage due to storms in our area. This hotel was FILTHY!!! The carpets were stained and dingy, and there was a pervasive odor of stale cigarettes and feet. There were both smoking and non-smoking rooms, which doesn't make sense whatsoever. EVERY indoor place should be non-smoking! This hotel hasn't been upgraded in decades. A door to the outside was busted and ajar, where any scumbag or vermin could just waltz right in the place. This hotel should be condemed.

For a place to sleep only maybe OK but room was very very small and cramped, TV to remote maybe just our room was a challenge, beds were up against the walls, no space to do anything except lay in bed, no elevator to second floor (only two story building)

Smelled of urine. Slices of old pizza behind the side table/bed. Floor in washroom filthy, didnt want to walk on any surface in the room without wearing shoes. Room smaller than pictures.

Rooms are very small. This made moving about hard. The breakfast e=was very limited and if you didn't get there early there was nothing left. They did not restock.There was not enough parking spaces. On the good side there was plenty hot water for showering.

Super 8 sold our room to someone else prior to our arrival, after I had called to confirm our late check in. We had to find another place to stay after midnight when we had been assured that we could check in as late as 3AM.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the property is in serious need of improvement. The bathroom in our room was dreadful. Dirt in the floor corners - some sort of creepy things around and not good at all. The bed was decent, linens clean, so we slept well - would not return.

Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked. felt the property was unsafe, it was very loud and very dirty, TV didn't work, coffee was good! It was a 2 star experience. There was hot water and cold water, it was convenient but I won't stay there again.

This hotel is filthy, ceiling had mold in bathroom, under the bed has trash seems like they sweep and leave everything under the bed very dirty and smells. Will never stay here again they don’t even come make your beds or give you new towels when called they say staff will deliver it but never do.

Bathroom ceiling had black mold all around it. I took pictures of that and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it was cigarette burns all over the counter in the bathroom I took pictures of that also. Just dirty only could do one night. So I went to the counter to tell him how dirty it was with mold and cigarette smell and cigarette burns and they just said there's nothing they can do so I just grabbed my clothes,things and left

Not the best, not the worst
The hotel room was super small. There was dust/mold on the edges of the shower. There was no thermostat to adjust the room temp - when I got there at night it was unbearably warm but by the next morning was a comfortable temperature. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The breakfast had very limited options and wasn’t very appetizing. I had requested a late check out, but they come to your room and kick you out right at 11.

I have stayed here over a dozen times when Im in town for work and normally I have no issue but the smoking is awful. I always ask for a non-smoking room. I went into what is supposed to be a non-smoking room and it clearly smelled like someone had been smoking in there. It was awful. They need to make sure that rooms are properly cleaned in between guests and if someone smoked in a non smoking room it needs to be properly cleaned. Frankly I dont think anyone should be allowed to smoke in hotels, period.

I will never book online and pay ahead again. The hotel is being renovated, noisy, and loud. All night long I was kept awake with the sound of running water on the other side of bathroom wall.CONSTANTLY I did not stay the second evening, the 13th. Management would not refund MY MONEY. They said I needed to take it up with the third party I booked with.Please refund my unused evening.

Online Appearance Doesn’t Match Reality
I was a bit hesitant to stay at a Super 8, but we were only passing through for the night so I thought it couldn’t be that bad. The reception area was nice. It’s clear they’ve remodeled that. The person who checked us in was fantastic. Then things get scary. The secured door in the side of the building was broken. Basically, anyone can get in or out regardless of key. Half of the hotel must be smoking rooms? Some rooms were missing door handles and some hallways were bashed up and missing carpet. I mean, I guess you get what you pay for, but for an extra forty/fifty bucks, I’d stay somewhere else.

Only 25% of our rooms are smoking, unfortunately we have guests that disregard our policies and smoke in our non smoking rooms which get treated as soon as those guests leave, the miss carpet you speak of we are in the process of renovations installing new carpeting, all of our guests rooms do indeed have door handles if you like to contact our property and inform us of which rooms are missing handles that'd be great! The staff was excellent-friendly, helpful, professional. Everything was clean, but there were a few small things missed by housekeeper in my room. I also had a lamp that didn’t work and one with a shade that kept falling off. My non- smoking room, and all of the second floor, smelled of smoke. Breakfast on the weekends ended at 9am-would’ve been nice to have it until 10. By no fault of Super 8, there were sketchy clientele hanging about outside. But I definitely got a low price.

This place was filthy, we booked 2 rooms, in one room the air conditioning unit was covered in dust and dirt, the bathroom sink was leaking creating mold on the floor, several things were broken and it smelled terrible. In the other room the comforter had cigarette burns in it and the room was equally dirty. Hallways weren't cleaned and smelled terrible as well.
