Lot of great restaurants in Schenectady. We enjoyed Pereccas More--great Italian food in a bustling environment. Very clean but not meant for a quiet date.

Where the hotel is located can be a bit deceiving. Make sure you head to downtown Schenectady for shopping and dining. The main street is very cute with tons of fun options.
