The air conditioner was loud and rattled. When we looked at it there was mold on the vents. The room smelled musty. The sheets on the bed were damp. When we arrived to check in there were over a hundred people waiting for the elevator. A fireworks show had just ended and everyone arrived back at the hotel at the same time. The hotel closed the stairs (for construction was the reason given) so everyone had to wait for the elevators. We waited about 40 minutes to get to our room after we checked in because of the lineup at the elevators. The staff did move us to a new room after we told them about the issues. The new room was ok but it was dated and felt worn down. We will look elsewhere next time we need a hotel in downtown Saskatoon.

Nice updated property, good location but the parking payment policy is nowhere to be found on the website. I paid downstairs in the lot before coming up with my luggage - I could’ve saved some money and had it charged to my room (aka an extra receipt to keep track of for a business traveler). Not a big fan of not being able to control the room temps and walls were pretty thin - I could hear everything outside my room in the hallway

Our room was too hot to sleep. They said they couldn’t turn the CA past 20 degrees C. The fridge didn’t work, no lock on the bathroom door and the bed/pillows weren’t comfortable. My biggest complaint is the elevators and not being able to get on/off without your room key. For the price I won’t stay there again

Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The parkade is terrible - very confusing layout with no room for vehicles who are exiting to get around vehicles entering the parkade. The breakfast was OK, the "hashbrowns" were not brown or crispy at all, and took a very long time to be seated even though the restaurant was empty.

The only i issue had was the shower. I do like the open concept of it however it could've used a higher lift off the floor or a curtain so the bathroom floor wasn't covered in water while showering. Wither thab that my stay was great and staff was amazing
