We had a family with 3 young kids above us, while I was trying to put my baby to sleep. They were running back and forth, jumping off furniture and I called 4 times because it was beyond extreme. They just kept telling me there was nothing they could do because it was within “quiet time” however it was EXTREMELY LOUD. I don’t get how it was acceptable regardless of it being quiet time or not.

I highly recommend Best western hotel cause of its easy to reach. I check in around 12am and its just fast and the staff is very accommodating. I will be back for sure.

Overall the property was very good. In comparison to other BW Plus I have stayed at, the breakfast was basic - good but basic. The coffee was a little upsetting.
