The hotel is very clean and well kept. Although the room was small it was well laid out and very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and even helped me with my bags as she showed me to my room. Hotel gave me two taxi vouchers worth 1,000 yen each which covered the taxi fee to the train station the next morning.

Great Hotel for a Last Minute Comfortable Stay!

This was a great hotel that we stayed at Unexpectedly due to are flight being cancelled at Chitose Airport due to the Snow. It was a perfect very comfortable stay and I can truly say it was a great place in relatively close proximity to Chitose airport via train and taxi. The overall hotel and the rooms were very modern and the beds were excellent, very comfortable. Staff were veer helpful and made us very welcome!

The hotel surroundings is peaceful. Ample parking lots. The staff are friendly and patient. They were of great help when we had a medical emergency. We booked 3 rooms, 2 were connecting type. Cosy and spacious (enough). Big window with lots of greenery outside. Sheets were clean and the mattresses were just nice so we had two good nights’ sleep. We all wished we had more nights here. Highly recommended if you drive.

An amazing hotel with chic design

At a convenient location inbetween the New Chitose Airport and the Premium Mitsui Outlet (for those who drive). Friendly staff. The room is spotless clean. Very comfortable bedding. Good shower. Chic design. My room is facing the garden. Worth to stroll along the river bank and the amazing garden in an early morning. Free coffee and tea corner in the lobby area is a bonus. Does have self-service laundry room. Highly recommended for those shopping spree or whoever need to stay near the airport to catch an early flight.

Location for this hotel is hard to find. It is located inside of a kind of community center area. Fortunately, I am prepared for that, as it is well mentioned by other customer reviews. Many positives for this hotel: 1. Close to the airport, yet it is in a quiet area, surrounded by garden om one side, and a river on the other side. 2. Everything is well supplied in this hotel, as other standard hotels. In addition, there's a pantry on the ground floor with free tea bags and a coffee machine. 3. The hotel looks well kept and clean. Nothing more to ask for, if you drive and going to stay for the nights before or after a flight.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and the lobby has chairs to sit in to enjoy free coffee and tea. Only downside is its far from the station.

Clean rooms, pretty basic. Only basic TV, won’t be able to connect to YouTube or anything. Theres only frozen soup and bread available and the location is far from everything so plan ahead! 25 min walk to station and busses aren’t worth it, it’s busy a lot so calling for taxis doesn’t work often. Their parking lot was also full when we went so if you’re renting a car and wanting to park there double check it. When they came to change towels they didn’t change out the mugs but there’s nothing to wash them with.. so if you have coffee/tea one day you won’t have a clean mug the next day.

Love the american standard heights, like bed and lavatory. King size pillows were so fluffy. Blinds were room darkening. Overall it was a welcome change from the typical japanese standards. Would definitely recommend.
