had a great time at the property. It was as described and very clean. Beds were comfy. Download the Lake view app so you can track when the river will rise from the Dam. We didn’t catch any trout but we did when we travelled about 15 mins from the house. Great location to get to many of the nearby towns in 30mins or less. My boys loved the game room and the river out back. Would definitely recommended and the Christmas tree and decor made the home comfy."
