Located in the wooded Lancewood neighborhood—just a scenic one-mile walk from downtown Cashiers—you’ll find yourself close to restaurants, shopping, and even a full-size Ingles grocery store, all while enjoying the serenity of mountain living.
Every detail of Tiny Trail Cottage was thoughtfully designed to ensure you feel welcomed and considered from the moment you arrive. The home is filled with natural light and furnished with all-designer décor. Original hardwood floors and ceilings, new oversized windows, and a charming breakfast nook with repurposed antique windows reflect the warmth and character of the home.

Our neighborhood sits on historic land once traveled by Cherokee tribes and later developed by T.S. and Maude Lance in the 1930s. They established a lumber business and built charming half-round log cabins on land that had once been a gold mine. Today, their legacy lives on in this tranquil community of dream homes.
