We only stayed one night as we were heading across to Nusa Lembongen but this little gem started our holiday off in the best way! Attentive and friendly staff, our room (family) was beautiful. Staff throughout hotel were wonderful.
One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly.
