"Everything was excellent. Not sure why there are some poor reviews about the food. We thought it was good. Location was good for Las americas and Adeje. The room was spotless. The weather was bad while we were staying but the spa was a blessing as it kept us busy whle it rained."

"Overall we had a great stay. Initially we weren't very happy with the room but the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in. The property is clean, food at the buffet is varied and tasty, lots of healthy options. The Spa is wonderful. It is 21€ per day, but when the weather is bad it totally worth it. Entertainment for adults was nice, different musician every night. But it would have been nice to have it on for a bit longer than 10:30pm. Overall it was good though. What surprised me is that 2 of the 3 restaurants weren't included, and this isn't clear when booking. The bar is also not included, not even coffees... again this is misleading when booking. However, Rita kindly gave us a voucher for one of the a la carte restaurant, which was lovely. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right. The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes. We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children. Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended. "
