Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. "This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone...
