Step through the front door into a world of exquisite taste and comfort. In the great room you’ll find a cozy living area, elegant dining table and a gourmet kitchen with additional seating at the countertop bar. The bedrooms are furnished with luxurious simplicity, creating the perfect ambiance for restful serenity. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen television, complimentary high speed, wireless Internet and cable television service are provided throughout the home.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed situated below a picturesque vaulted ceiling. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a shower tub combination.

The inviting guest room soothes the soul with its comfy king bed nestled amongst an array of luxurious linens. You’ll make waves with the kids’ room which features two twin beds appointed with bedding decorated with a pod of whales complete with plush whale pillows — an absolutely perfect place for your children to relax after spending a fun-filled day frolicking on the white sandy shores of the spectacular beaches of the Emerald Coast!

Seas the Day gives you a wonderful location for exploring the five-star amenities which dot the area including fine dining, boutique shopping, spas, golf and much more. This house is located in the Cottages of Eastern Lake, which is a hidden gem south of 30A in the Seagrove area. The neighborhood is small, the cottages are pretty, and the location makes it easy to drive from one end of 30A to the other for dining or other activities. The bike paths along 30A are also easily accessible from the neighborhood, and the community pool is very nice. The home is well-stocked and comfortable, and the property management team did a great job communicating with us before, during and after our trip. We would definitely rent again!

We had a short but lovely trip and look forward to coming back in the future. Only negative was we only had two bath towels in the home and would have loved enough for everyone (3) with a spare. Overall, house was well appointed and maintained with responsive local management, the neighborhood was charming and quiet, and walking distance to beach with excellent restaurants nearby!

This house is in a great location. away from the hustle of Seaside, but close enough to access all amenities. This area also has few steps to enter the beach, which is a major bonus.

Not much to say other than that it was a great neighborhood great bungalow great location. The property manager was prompt and we had an issue with one of the bicycles and fixed it. That was our first time down thereWe will probably get a golf cart next time. We will definitely try to rent this place again if it’s available thank you

Wanted to use the jetted tub, one of the reasons why we booked it, the Jets were full of black gunk sents pics to agent got no response. The in bedroom tv's need to be much larger. Shower heads are outdated and tiny.

Family of four had a great stay here. House was clean which for me is a must. Quiet block with other families around. Everything functioned properly in the house. If I had to suggest anything it would be to upgrade the front porch sectional as it’s not really that comfortable. That and stock the kitchen with a pasta strainer. All in all though we loved our stay here.

Our family of 5, 3 grown children ages 17-21, had a wonderful week at this house! Excellent location-doorsteps to the safe, clean, not-too-crowded community pool and a short drop off drive to the public beach. Our kids also rode their bikes to the beach while dad dropped off all the beach gear. Also close to local shops, eateries, and other beaches/towns. We loved hanging out at The Hub, the fun area by The Fish House, and ate a delicious meal at The Bay. We also went on a Blue Dolphin Tour, recommended by Sandra, and had a really awesome time! We rented Sandra's bikes and two others from the local shop she recommended and it was a perfect way to get around-take a ride to Deer Park and take in the spectacular view of the Gulf and Dunes! Overall the house was wonderful and had everything we needed! We did leave extra coffee pot filters since there were none and the package comes with so many-may be nice to have those on hand for guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this area and house to my friends and family! Thank you, Sandra, for being such a great host and delivering what you advertise!

This cute cottage is nestled among a great neighborhood right off of 30A. Great location- you can get almost anywhere along Highway 30A within 15-20 minutes at most. Iconic Seaside, Alys Beach, & Rosemary Beach are just a quick drive away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Sandra, for being a great host.

Centrally located. Clean. Worked well for our family if 4 but could easily have worked for 5-6. Pool was great. Beach is a few blocks away but walkable if you don’t mind walking but bring a cart for beach stuff! House comes with all essentials. The front porch was enjoyable during rainstorm. Overall, great home and we will be back.

The location and condition of the property were excellent. Be advised that the sides of both bathtubs are rather high - a bit difficult for those with hip and knee issues. And very limited HD channels - not cool, especially for sports watchers.

5 minutes from everything, really cute neighborhood with a beautiful neighborhood pool a few houses down. Everything in the house is new and well kept. Tall ceilings, bright and airy. Master has a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. We loved our stay.
