"This property did not have our room confirmed even though we booked 2 weeks prior. We could not get our room at 8pm at night with our two toddler girls waiting to go to bed. We were very disappointed and had to drive 3 hrs home while being very sleepy. We had a confirmation # and the charge was already on my card, the person on the kiosk even had our confirmation # but said somehow it wasn’t fully confirmed. I cannot believe we were turned away and not given a room. "

"Beautiful pool and room. Very comfortable beds and our room was so nicely decorated. There was a confusion about spa hours but spa was open every day just spa services were closed on certain days. That's a big difference. I loved the spa jacuzzi ambiance but steam room was not working :( good news sauna was working but BEAWRE sauna has a wall of tiles and the sign is not clear and I almost got a reallly bad burn!! 🔥 they should fix that. Both my husband and I had the same comment. Thankfully I got a minor burn. They should fix this immediately and put wood instead of tiles. Be careful!!!! Dinner was amazing and the music and ambient was perfect! We were there for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Also free Tesla charging! Bonus! "

"This time breakfast was canceled. Parking requires scanning a barcode, and you have to register an account for WiFi. The bathroom floors were also really dirty. We probably won’t be coming back."

"Our first rooms bath tub was not draining at all. First desk quickly moved us to another room, but the tub faucet was not working properly and the drainage was not that good"

"The hotel was clean. It was at a great location. The staff was wonderful. It is very dog friendly and does not smell like dogs at all. The pool is not heated and the two disappointment of the whole place was that it is very difficult to find parking, you might even have to park across the street after 8 PM but other than that this place was great."
