Great Family Montecito House
Great 4 bedroom 4 bathroom family house with a solar heated 68' pool that has a cover. It has wonderful mountain views and it 5 minutes from the beach. It is a kid paradise. There are multiple outdoor patios, a wonderful mountain view, and lots of amenities for children-trampoline, swings, swinging tent, zip line, rings, a climbing structure and a lego room. There are two offices, one in the house and one 10'x12' outdoor office with beautiful mountain views. There is also a gym with free weights, yoga mats and a bike. There is one king bed, two queen beds, four twin beds and one chair that turns into a bed. Included in the price is cleaning once a week.
