It was a good stay for us. We stayed for about a week on the 3rd floor and enjoyed our stay. Im very picky with beds in hotels and when you enter the bed was so beautiful made and was comfy. The water pressure could be a bit better and tiles in the washroom could use a change. The restaurant at the hotel was cute, loved the area but couches had stains all over. The hotel is literally right across the Grove which was so convenient. Perfect location. The cleaning ladies/men working inside and around building were so extremely welcoming. Always had smiles on their faces. Overall great stay, we would stay again!

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

"The pool and breakfast were good. The room we had smelled bad and the buttons on the air conditioner were broken. There were many construction trucks parked on the property and a few of those construction workers were smoking heavily. There are signs all over that say this is a non smoking facility. ..."
