Superb studio in downtown Santa Barbara
This studio apartment has a great location, in walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, theaters and shops. The kitchen is great. The secure parking garage is a great convenience.

Wonderful studio apartment, at one of Santa Barbara's best locations.
Walk to theater, world wide selection of places to eat, museum, shopping,……, you can can walk to the beach if you wanted a little exercise.

Best location to walk
If you’re visiting SB for the first time, you will be spoiled by staying here! Location is walkable to restaurants & theaters. Stroll to the beach and funk zone for more fun! The building is quiet, and beautiful! We’ll be back!

Quite the excellent apartment and outstanding place to stay
My stay at this rental was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home. The property itself exceeded all expectations; it was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - nestled in a serene environment with breathtaking views, yet still conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. Communication was seamless, and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed with care and professionalism. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. It truly exceeded all expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. I will most definitely be returning in the future!
