"Over all it was good. I had trouble walking the halls that sloped down and we were put in the last room. They saw I walked with a cane. The parking was convenient though. I like Hyatt Place, but it would have been more enjoyable if we got a room closer to the front. Breakfast was excellent!"

"I don't know where to start on this one. The property is basically an old Best Western, that had a lick of paint applied to it. So if you want to experience Motel 6 level of property with Marriott pricing this is the right spot. Huge holes by the door (door looks like it was last swapped in 90's), holes where old paintings used to hang, broken bathroom fans, draft under the door. exposed flooring joints. The remodel was done by someone who has clearly has never done one and the amount of investment was negligible. This is probably the first time I felt like writing a review like this because I felt like I was completely ripped off and a switch a bait was done. The outside of the property btw, also doesn't look it was updated at all either. I would not recommend to stay here at all. If you want a Marriott find a real one not this Found Garbage by Marriott. "

"I had a second floor room, and while I am able to negotiate the stairs some people may need to be aware that there is no elevator. Except for the amorous visitors next-door to my room the property was fairly quiet. The outside was generally a little dirty but my room was clean. The bus that goes down State Street is very close and it was a great way to get around. there was coffee and tea served in the office in the morning. I would stay here again"

"What a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Tom and Eileen were such wonderful hosts, fast to respond to any questions prior to and after booking. The cottage is beautifully decorated, super clean, very well appointed with wonderful linens and towels. A beautiful neighborhood. The outside patio was my favorite place to sit and I hated to leave. We will absolutely rent this cottage again. "
