"This is an excellent location and within walking distance of many of Santa Barbara's top attractions. Stearns Wharf and State Street are both about a 15-minute walk away, and you'll find plenty of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby. The property is well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms, as well as a nice pool and spa to relax after a day of exploring. Parking can be limited, but once you arrive, there's really no need to drive. Most of the area's attractions are easily accessible on foot, making it a great place to stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property."

"We had a wonderful stay for our mini-honeymoon! The room is very comfortable with a great location near many restaurants, coffee shops, and places to drink wine. The staff were all friendly and very, very helpful! There is a mild amount of noise being near State street but nothing that diminishes the stay at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santa Barbara."

"Very clean, small rooms but nice. Stayed in an upstairs room, hallway can get noisy at night, but thankfully quiets down eventually. Front desk is very helpful, they even offer bikes that you can use free two hours at a time. Be prepared for a $45 per day parking fee. Would definitely stay again."
