I was disappointed with the spa and my treatment, the spa itself is in a lovely setting however the hour for relaxing doesn’t feel long enough especially in the low season, guests should be given more time when the facility is not being used so frequently. "Excellent hotel to stay at when in Puglia. It's extremely well located near Polignano a Mare, with incredible views, restaurants, and some shops. It has a fantastic Medieval look all over, as it is located in the Center of everything. It has a beautiful Cathedral in front and a very safe area.
The staff is outstanding, caring, and very resourceful. They have very well-trained people managing several languages to communicate.
It's immaculate and has all you need inside and outside the rooms.
