Room was a big size, shower was powerful and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The bathroom was really small, so was the shower cubicle. We were room 104 which was above the breakfast area and every morning at 7am we could hear the staff pushing the tables and chairs to set up the breakfast bit which was so loud and disturbing. On our last night we could hear the same noise until midnight!

Great hotel for families

The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip (we came for a wedding), the food at the hotel was very nice and so was the pool. However, the hotel was packed with families and quite noisy. I think it is a great place for families, but perhaps not if you want to go as a couple and have a relaxing time.

No good at all.

Air conditioning stopped working. It was 85 Fahrenheit or 29 Celsius. Preventive maintenance could have prevented this. No soap? No shampoo? The tv remote was provided at check in. The bed was hard as wood and never rotated so it was broken in towards the head. The pillows were hard memory foam. Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel other then the water pressure. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere if you have western standards.

Run away!!!

The air conditioning consistently stops working once it reaches 23 degrees. We have to repeatedly request for it to be turned on again. The breakfast is extremely disappointing, consisting only of processed products. The staff members do not speak English. There is a lack of soap provided. The pillows are of terrible quality. Our experience at this hotel was far from enjoyable. I have made multiple requests to leave without incurring a penalty (we booked 7 nights), but the manager's response was exceptionally rude. I strongly advise against staying here.

Dieses Hotel kann man nur für Besucher des Erlebnisparkes empfehlen. Es gibt sonst nichts in der Umgebung, für alles benötigt man ein Auto. Das Personal ist bemüht aber unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem furchtbar. Der Pool war gesperrt, was auf der Seite der Buchung nicht deklariert war. Die Matratzen waren unter aller Würde, ich musste mehrfach nachts aufstehen vor Schmerzen. Vermutlich sind sie so alt wie das Hotel. In unserem Zimmer waren Ameisen und es gab den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht einen unangenehmen Pfeifton. Der Spielplatz am Hotel reicht gerade für ein Kleinkind.Mein Kind wollte die ganze Zeit wieder heim. Das Frühstück ist ein schlechter Witz, es wird aus einmal Plastik Bechern getrunken und es gibt nur minderwertiges Essen. Einmal waren weder Wurst noch Käse am Buffet, nur Süßigkeiten. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass man 3,50€ extra dafür zahlen müsste. Der Kaffee war okay. Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert aber es hat niemanden interessiert.

Hade kontakt med någon kvinna på telefon som inte hade lust att prata och lyssna på vad jag hade att säga och om guldmedaljen och hotels policy. Kom dit och träffade Vito en man i receptionen som verkligen kunde sin sak och hanterar en kund på bästa tänkbara sätt, med lugn och förståelse👌. Direktören var också en förstående trevlig man. Så i sin helhet kan jag verkligen rekommendera detta Hotel.

Grande déception !!

Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits mais compte tenus de certains éléments nous avons souhaité l’écourter à 2 nuits. En effet, cet hôtel est très familial avec beaucoup d’enfants ( prés d’un parc d’attractions) les repas avec une fiche à compléter ressemblent à une cantine très bruyante.La qualité des repas laisse vraiment à désirer, le petit déjeuner est très basique. En plus le lendemain de notre arrivée pas d’eau chaude pour se laver. Comme nous étions très déçus par la prestation rapport qualité /prix nous avons demandé le remboursement de la dernière nuit dont nous ne souhaitions pas profiter mais ils n’ont consenti qu’a une remise de 50%. Par contre il est à noter que le personnel du restaurant est très aimable. Sinon l’hotel en soit est propre.
