We even had our own private little courtyard. If this was a 3-star masseria, I can't imagine how 5-star ones could be any nicer. The place is surrounded by olive groves that date back to as many as 1,000 years. The masseria itself is a perfectly and tastefully restored building that includes a lower-level breakfast room that was carved into the rock. The breakfast itself was amazing and made mostly by the hostess/owner herself. I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful, peaceful place."
