"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

This Hotel is perfect to move around the towns of Puglia and the place is very beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the service very friendly. I would recommend to improve the kitchen specially for breakfast. But definitely it’s a place that worth to stay!"
