And this is after several calls and texts with the owner as well as chatting and calling with VRBO several times, including talking to their manager who promised she will escalate and have someone call me but never did. This is my first time to try VRBO and there will never be a second time! So please stay away if...

"This property was amazing. A beautifully appointed trullo in the heart of the tourist area, yet tucked away a little from the main shopping street. This elegantly designed trullo exuded a touch of romance and was just perfect. Breakfast was delivered each morning and laid out for us, complete with coffee and tea. This place will stay etched in our memories and comes very highly recommended. "

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenn man beide Seiten Apuliens sehen möchte. Auch befindet sich die Wohnung direkt an der Piazza mit vielen schönen Bars und Restaurants, hier ist das Suite 77 hervorragend. Privater Parkplatz steht leider keiner zur Verfügung, aber man bekommt fast immer einen Parkplatz bei der Wohnung. Uns hat eigentlich nur ein Staubsauger gefehlt, dies wegen dem Sand, den man vom Strand mit herein bringt. Gerne wieder."

"We stayed at a lot of nice hotels on our travels through Italy and Malta, but Borgo was a real stand out. The surroundings and facility is next level. It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia. "
