"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. We found the simplest way to get to it from number 126...

"We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"The house provided beautiful views, a magnificent location, and the host was warm and welcoming. Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"First let me say. I thought I was getting the whole villa, but only the middle section was what was on offer. Which is still very big for 5 people as the rooms are large and roomy and very very clean. The owner lives in the basement and the top floor. "Magnificent!!!! Palazzo Serre, in San Leo, is absolutely stunning. The views from the home are incredible of the rolling hills and the various mountain tops. As for the interior, the furniture and amenities are plenty and the beds are extremely comfortable. Also, it was so nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom which provided for great privacy. The 11 of us really enjoyed our time at the house and we look forward to returning next year to enjoy the new pool."

"A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly."

"The Hotel Rosa is perfectly located. Location is the main thing that I look for in a hotel, and the Rosa did not disappoint. It's a short walk to the shopping district, a short walk to the center of the old city and a short walk to the coolest things in San Marino - Monte Titano and it's 3 towers. You literally have your own private staircase behind the hotel that leads directly to the parh that runs on top of the mountain and past the 3 towers. The view from my room was also great. The hotel staff are kind and cool and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended. "
