"This was mostly an amazing stay. The room was nice and same with the bathroom. I only have 2 complaints: 1) we were on the first floor and the footsteps above us were very loud and woke us many times during the night. 2) the chairs at the pool do not allow your lower back to rest on the chair unless you sit on the metal bar. They were uncomfortable! However, the chairs at the beach were an amazing bonus."

"Appreciated the comfy furniture, the nice beach chairs, the beach towels, the well-appointed kitchen and the door lock/unlock fixture.Condo needs a little attention, specifics: 1. The entry door hardware is coming out of the door frame, 2. shower doors in 2nd bedroom don't glide on their rails, water leaks onto floor 3. burnt out bulb above stove 4. mold spots on the inside of the lampshade in second bedroom. The swimming pool wasn't warm enough to swim in until the 3rd day of our stay. Then it was great!We love the location and the short walk to the beach. Sunrises were gorgeous.Thank you, we enjoyed being your guests. Sue Samuelson"

"This is a nice house on a quiet street. It is very clean and freshly updated. Plenty of towels and hot water with good pressure. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The boat dock is sturdy and fairly new. It is nice to have a car port. The washer / dryer is located in the out shed and they appear new. There are fans in every room and the AC works great. "

"We loved our stay here! Close to the beach, great little pool, and one of the most updated and best stocked (with essentials, including beach towels and toys!) rentals we have stayed in. Would absolutely return!"

"The owners were very accommodating to us; we wanted to check-in a little early (1:00) and they were OK with that! Getting out to the beach was SO EASY and so close-by! The unit was really nice, although the front door tended to jam and there were only 3 teaspoons! The unit was super clean and our party of 5 fit beautifully with the fold-out sofa. I wish our unit hadn’t been the closest to the street but, after nightfall, there was hardly any traffic. It would have been nice to have another parking place but we made it with just one car for all of us. We would stay here again, although I would prefer an upper unit next time! "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! This home is fully stocked for everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked along with a plethora of books available for some down time reading. It was also great having two wings of bedrooms to give our group space so we wouldnt be on top of each other. The separate living areas with the kitchen was also quite ideal. The neighborhood was great with very friendly people. The private beach access was also such a nice feature that made things significantly easier and more relaxing. I would definitely consider going back if I'm going with a group of 10 or so again! "
