"We had an excellent stay . The condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The property itself was well maintained and beautiful. Clean beach , great views with lots of seating. The pool area is new and well maintained also. Our host reached out to make sure we had everything . Overall a really great vacation was has by the whole family. We will be returning to this complex and condominium."

"The beach view was very nice but during the entire time we were there people had to stay out of the water due to large amounts of seawood in the water and piled along the shore. The resort did nothing to try to clean up the beach.We drove up to Captiva and the water and beach were pristine. The girl at the front desk was totally uninterested when we checked in. Didn't explain anything about the resort. There was no information in the room about the restaurant, pool hours, how to call the front, etc. We had a mediocre dinner at the pool bar. Food was so so but service was terrible. Better places to eat on the island. The air conditioner stopped cooling during our last night there. When we checked out I told the front desk about it and she said I'm sorry. I asked for some credit on my bill. After talking to the manager they decided to give me a credit for our 2 bar drink charge. I suggested they credit the dinner charge instead and finally agreed on that. Beware that when you book it says they have beach loungers and umbrellas. It looks like they are complimentary and the cabanas have a charge. They want $40 a day for 2 loungers and an umbrella. Lucky we brought our own. Not sure we would stay here again. "

"WOW! What a great choice for a relaxing vacation! As I was looking at vacation rentals, Sanibel was my first thought. There were a few rentals at Pointe Santo but I specifically liked the fact that the owner gave Vet discounts. Decided to give this one a try. The whole experience was great! Easy to book and the owner was very responsive for some questions I had. The condo itself is beautiful. Beds are awesome and the view! Every morning we were able to sit on the lanai and see the Gulf. Each evening we were able to see the sunset from the lanai as well. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking. THe pool was great..never really crowded and the beach was amazing. Never made it to the hot tub..it was hot out there so a hot tub, not for us. We were always able to grab a beach lounger and umbrella. We had NO complaints whatsoever. The Gulf water was about 77 degrees so very refreshing. Absolutely LOVED this place!"
