"It was a very last minute request so the room was a “universal design” one next to the front desk. Naturally it was very noisy in the check-in / check-out peak hours. Other than that, the room was spacious, cosy, clean and reasonably priced. The environment was perfect too - although I used to live in the city over a decade, I’ve never found this area so attractive. A hidden gem in fact. I’ll def use it again by booking one well in advance! "

"Stayed for 1 night. First time we had been to Oxford. We got a taxi into the city but a bus is easy enough too. The hotel was charming and staff friendly. The pool and spa were very nice. Our room was very big and had a patio overlooking the green. Wonderful stay"
