"The hotel was excellent, the room was big with a very comfortable bed, very clean and bright with a lovely sea view. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we had a meal in the restaurant which was outstanding. Very happy to recommend and would use again."

"The room was nice ,tv could do with updating and for some reason the subtitles were on and as it was not original remote I couldn't turn them off .other than that it was a very pleasant stay ."

"Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect. "

If you’re looking for somewhere in Weston-super-Mare that feels like a home from home, The Richmond is the place to be. It’s in a fantastic location, with plenty of amenities and great places to eat within comfortable walking distance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth by the owner. His friendly nature and extensive local knowledge made my three-night stay even more enjoyable, with plenty of great suggestions for things to do and see. Breakfast each morning was perfect – spot on, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared and served, they couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was just right. On my last day, I had the pleasure of meeting the owners mother and her close friend, and we enjoyed a lovely conversation about the importance of good food and service – something The Richmond clearly understands and delivers. "We have had a great stay at Vintage Vibes. The bungalow is perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable. Quality furnishings and a great kitchen, we cooked three Christmas dinners there and it had everything we needed! Very thoughtful host with lovely extra touches of a welcome basket for us and treats for Max our dog and it was decorated for Christmas. We would highly recommend the property and it will definitely be our first choice if we stay in Weston again. Thanks Jen."
