It is situated where everything is local and within walking distance. The beach is on the doorstep also shops, and dining facilities not to far away. The hotel was a excellent choice and is first class, overall a very enjoyable stay.

Pleasant staff

Staff very pleasant but our room 405 had a terrible drainage smell when we run the tap in the sink. Would request a room nearer next time it was a long walk to our room

Hotel in need of major update, shower leaked, shower head post fell of if touched it to move shower head, bed head board not fixed and resting on window. Booked two nights left after one. Room also dirty, cotton bud left on bathroom floor. On the plus the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as tv didn't work and she got fixed, shower was actually also very nice hot and powerful.

Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect.

Although this hotel has limited parking it is a great hotel for a short break. Bar staff and area perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with tea coffee etc and towels. A little dated but good value for money I'd definitely recommend

Location fantastic. Value for money. Lovely terrace. Lovely lady on reception. Family run business which, where I can, I like to support. This hotel is a sleeping giant. When the economy picks up I would love to think this hotel would be able to reap the rewards by giving it a fresh start. I will go again as it has everything I needed for a couple of nights away.
