On arrival was early no room available with sea view very upset finally 3.30 was told a cleaner was cleaning the room 4 arrived and in I go very nice room later on tried running shower no hot water told manager someone would come and have a look left this morning still no hot water for shower. New team of managers needed. Feel very let down and up set . Parking £10 day plus £240 for hotel !!!

Room was clean but missing a curtain, we had to fashion something with the other 2. No teaspooon to stir drinks with. Noise from room above early in morning and a drunk hammering on front door early hours of Sat morning, so sleep was limited. Staff friendly and obliging.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed. All my basic needs for a one stop, just driving by. Staff were very friendly felt safe as single woman traveler. They could not do enough with any requests. I wished the TV was bigger and a working Arial signal was in the room. But I was not in the room much so it never really mattered. There was parking, luckily just outside the door. Would stay again if I visited.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel at very last minute. For the money we paid for the night it was okay £46. Nothing fancy but adequate for our needs. Bed was made and clean. We were on the top floor with a sea view, which was very warm. No air con. If you want fancy this hotel is not for you. If you want a place to put your head down cheaply then it's fine. There are no airs and graces.

This is budget prices so I expected a budget room simples ! I turned up and was greeted by a cheerful manager who explained every to me. The management are currently working on improvements to the hotel and i think come spring its gonna be spot on. Cosy and warm throughout the whole hotel. Yes, the room could do with a bit of tlc but everything worked, great wi fi, and clean. Bed was comfortable too. I would stay here again when I return to Weston-super-Mare.

First impressions are important. The exterior of this hotel is like a horror movie. Inside the theme continues. It's very dated. But if you like quirky seaside hotels then this place is for you. I think someone was smoking in their room because I could smell cigarette smoke. My room had a farty odour. I can't really complain for the price I paid. It was close to a nice Nepalese restaurant and also a convenient store. And is close to the seafront too but a fair way from the town and amusements.
