No-brainer
I've traveled a bunch and this house, top to bottom, is the dream. Waking up to the Adriatic, soaring ceilings, modern amenities, the peacefulness of the attic, no stone left unturned... I'd buy every inch of it if I could. An it'd be worth every penny. xoxox

San Vito Chietino stay
Lovely house - very generous host left us many snacks etc. The driveway is a bit tough to navigate - recommend a small car - great location and views!

Charming and Magical
This house and location is so beautiful! The host thought of literally every single thing you could need during your stay plus more. Cinzia helped us secure a taxi from and back to the train station. She checked with us to make sure everything was going well. She is so kind and helpful! This is a great location! We walked up the hill to a delicious pizzeria and the magical town one night. The next day, we walked down the path to the sandy, refreshing beach. Afterwards, we figured out how to find and take a bus to the top of the hill. There’s a great market near the bus drop off where we bought ingredients to cook our dinner at Villa Simone. The people were so friendly and helpful in San Vito. It truly was my favorite location in Italy, so far!

Truly a magical experience!
Words cannot describe the feeling of this beautiful property. Everything from the welcoming host, furnishings, amenities and location were nothing short of top notch! We also witnessed a beautiful thunder and lighting storm from our balconies which gave way to a glorious sunny morning! Our stay was way to short but Villa Simone is highly recommended.

la villa gode di un panorama eccezionale
Quando arrivi la prima cosa che ti colpisce è la vista sul mare, sublime! il parcheggio è ampio e lo spazio esterno anche, il patio è ben strutturato con un bel mattonato e accessoriato con ombrelloni, lettini e tavoli di ottima qualità, bellissimi i vasi e gli oggetti che riempiono gli spazi. Gli interni sono molto grandi ben distribuiti e ben arredati, ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno con tutti gli accessori possibili, quello che si nota è la grande attenzione della proprietaria per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Il check-in è stato perfetto, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Anita sono veramente un elemento in più. Termino con un grazie a tutti gli operatori che hanno contribuito a renderci il soggiorno incantevole, spero proprio di ritornare.

Parfait pour une famille
La maison est grande et magnifique. L acceuil est toujours au top. Le village est super si on ne recherche pas un endroit trop touristique. Seul bémol, la route à proximité un peu bruyante

Séjour magnifique
La maison est splendide, bien équipée et propre. La gérante a été aux petits soins tout le long du séjour. Elle a été bienveillante et nous a proposé beaucoup d activités afin de découvrir cette belle région. La vue de la maison est magnifique.
