I booked King Suite with Ocean View. When we checked in I was informed that all of the upstairs Suites were occupied and I would be given a downstairs suite. The downstairs suite has a view of the road and cars. You can technically see the ocean, but only above the cars..no direct view. It's my opinion that they should not charge the same rate for the upstairs and the downstairs. We were very disappointed in our view of cars. We also had issues with the bed and bathroom. Bed is very old, soft and sags. Bathroom could use a remodel. Shower curtains had moldy smell. The hotel staff are great and the property is lovely. Also, there really is not a continental breakfast..just small amount of breads and coffee.
