Lovely property with great amenities. Loved the landscaping and grounds, access to beach, pool and games. The bed was very comfortable and room well-appointed. Super for kids and pets too. We didn’t utilize access to Cow Tipper for breakfast but a super perk. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room that requires maintenance. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Tub faucet and shower head loose. Drain guard had fallen off of the sink drain. Beds were comfortable. So I’ve stayed here 3 times since Covid and unfortunately I noticed that the facilities are wearing out. It still has a lot of charm and love the location but area rugs and floors need some deep cleaning. The bathroom counter ledges and floors give a sense of not being clean. Love the fire pits though. I would recommend to have extra Adirondack chairs to allow more guest to enjoy the fire pits. The staff are always lovely though.

The lobby staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well located. The grounds were well manicured and gorgeous. Only thing is the pool water appeared too be colder than the stated 82 degrees. Oceanpoint Ranch is located a few feet away from the ocean. Loved it!
