What a lovely, classy hotel staffed with such a friendly and professional team. Then it's topped with an awesome restaurant below. Then if you think that was enough, you discover that it's in the center of everything. I will surely be back.

Beautiful facility, well located, with friendly and accommodating staff - especially to my 10 month old. The restaurant and cafe on the ground floor, Narru, is also exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location to cathedral and old town Donostia. Unfortunately the area was noisy throughout the night which I think was due to rubbish removal vans. Room was ok although a bit dusty with chipped crockery. The shower had poor drainage. Ate in the bar area of the restaurant and found the waiter most unwelcoming and unfriendly like everything was an effort. He was very friendly and provided good service to local clientele around us.

Almost perfect, so close, but yet so far
First off, this is a very nice hotel. Very nice decor and incredible shower. Bed is comfortable. That being said, this hotel is the epitome of Spanish culture: try to be something, but always forget the little details that derail an experience. The windows look fancy, but they do not shut properly allowing for sound and cold air to seep in. I could hear people in the street area and the morning was freezing cold in the bathroom.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, but I want to focus on the exceptionally great service—the best I have ever experienced. They arranged transportation from the train station, booked a tour for us, helped us with directions, etc. I really have never experienced such top-notch hospitality. It was true pampering and luxury. Great rooms, restaurant, decor, location. Perfection!

The property was nice and the service was very good. The room was dark and the only window faced a shaft that didn't let much natural light in. It was very dark and claustrophobic room. The room description did not state that it didn't have outside light, so the expedia listing was a bit misleading.

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is nicely located near restaurants and shopping and is a 5-10 min walk to old town and the beach. The available breakfast is either a tasting menu or a la carte. There is no breakfast buffet available. The restaurant in the hotel is very good but more expensive relative to comparable restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you!

The staff made our stay
The hotel staff was absolutely lovely! Super accommodating and patient, also friendly and able to give us good recommendations on local things to do. The hotel was super quiet and felt boutique despite not being small. Would stay there again!

Hotel, service and staff were excellent. We had a problem with the AC in the bedroom, the staff offered to change our room, but we had too many things to move, so we decided to use the AC in the living room, which was enough to cool the bedroom also.

This is a lovely newly remodeled property. We really enjoyed dinner at their restaurant Narru as well as our daily coffee and breakfast. Excellent location.

Beautiful property, with friendly staff, close to shopping, Concha beach and old town. We loved our corner room, with 3 large sets of patio doors and small patio to enjoy. The walk-in shower was fantastic, the large double sink was beautiful, the toilet was a techies dream and there was even a Dyson hair dryer! Would love the opportunity to stay there again.
