"Like the Cabana. Cold water near the beach. Great idea. Loving the new restaurant set up. Food is good. Coffee in the restaurant for breakfast is just too strong. The orange juice is very water down. These can be improved. But there’s other fresh fruit juice available. Most improve is the dessert selection. Awesome! Love the midnight taco snack buffet. Facilities are clean and well groomed. Jorge know how to work the front line dealing with all the luggage. Front desk staff is very helpful. Also good to see some of the old staff like Sergio and Tony. Over all I give it a 4 star. Definitely will come back."

"Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming. One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated. Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. I would absolutely recommend it.My biggest complaint to sell the RCI 90-minute presentation in exchange for a discounted spa day. I politely declined several times, but they continued asking. They got me when I first checked in Employees outside also frequently asked where I was going and tried to sell tours or make recommendations. After a while, it became annoying, especially when I was simply trying to leave and enjoy the area. A few things to know about all-inclusive: room service costs 100 pesos, and TV Wi-Fi for services like Netflix is not included. I paid separately for the spa, and it was excellent—very relaxing and worth it.The hotel store is extremely overpriced, but there’s a grocery store and pharmacy about a five-minute walk away. The pools were great, although the water was very warm in August. The beach was my least favorite; the water was fairly murky"

"We had an awesome stay. The staff is very friendly. They have a lot of entertainment love that the café is open 24 hours. Sergio made our stay very fun. We look forward to coming back. Our room was amazing with a perfect view. The games at the pool were very entertaining for all the guests. Miguel often came to check up on us. Make sure that we did not need any drinks it was a very good vacation."
