"The room is clean but a little dated. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Long line up for drinks at pool. Not a lot of dinner options . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the beach area."

"Fiesta Americana PV was a fantastic hotel. The location, the beach and the food were all top tier. The views of downtown PV from the hotel were breathtaking. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well. We were especially appreciative of the work done by activities director Jorge. Our kids really enjoyed his energy. My only criticism of the resort was mainly centered around evening entertainment for the kids. We were there 7 night and on only 2 nights was there anything to do after dinner, which lead to some very early nights. We would have loved more nightly activities or an area we could go to extend our night. This seemed to only be available to adult members of the Fiesta Club. Overall a great stay we would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta. "

"The poolside seating is amazing with free cushy lounge chairs with shades. First come first served and no extra cost. The rooms were amazing, spacious with lots of storage for suitcases, a mini fridge, huge shower with such great water pressure and a mirror in the shower. Double sinks and a private toilet room and we had a fair size patio. The beds were so comfortable with the perfect pillows, 2 hard and 2 soft. The design of these rooms and the extra details in this hotel is fabulous. I could live here for quite awhile and have absolutely no cons except the street noise as it’s right on a major highway. Just ask to be as far from the highway as you can get and put in some ear plugs."

"Canto is an older resort. Check in process could be better. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly! Our AC was under repair and ran the whole time we were there, so our room was cold, which wasn’t an issue. The food was delicious with great variety. There were many activities scheduled each day and the pool entertainment was really fun! Beds were hard, but they furnished a foam mattress that helped a lot. Overall a great visit, I would book this all inclusive resort again."

"Overpriced and not a 4 star. All smoke and mirrors. Food is horrible , not enough variety. Not well stocked bar, watered down drinks, pool side bathrooms very dirty not kept up through out the day. Didn’t enjoy the raccoons running through the restaurant at night or jumping on my beach lounger along with the giant iguanas that would climb up on chairs, and take a swim in the pool . Our oceanfront room had a plastic table and chair , yes 1 chair inside . Bathroom shower stall leaked under the glass into the room. Shall I go on? "
