Welcome to our homes! Twice is Nice is the latest, brand new addition, with access off the alley, parking for three vehicles, partial fencing for privacy. We are right in the heart of Paso Robles on the desirable “West Side”. New construction with all the modern & convenient amenities, including hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, in-floor heating in the two bathrooms. The open floor plan is illuminated by multiple clerestory windows creating an open, light and bright atmosphere throughout the home. Paso Robles has so much to offer and we’re just blocks away from a wide variety of restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park Cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful, leisurely, short drive away. Just half an hour away by car you’ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio, as well as the beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0189. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the pod coffee maker and an Italian drip coffee maker. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Great place in Paso Robles

This place is great! The 2 bedrooms are both "master" rooms making it perfect for 2 couples to share. The furnishings and kitchenware were all top notch. Very new renovations. Light, bright and airy feel. It is convenient to downtown Paso. Also has off-the-street parking. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed on our arrival. Thanks for that! We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Mid State Weekend

This property was just what we needed for a fun weekend getaway. Walking distance to downtown and the fair. House was clean, well-stocked, including coffee & creamer. Beautiful sitting area/patio. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Steve was helpful and available when we couldn’t connect to you tube. Thank you!

The house is in a great location for walking into town for dinner. It has plenty of off street parking. The layout was well thought out. The kitchen is well equipped and the den and dining room were comfortable. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathrooms were large. The walk in shower was especially nice. We will stay here on our next trip to Paso Robles.
