"Very cute old hotel 2 blocks from ferry. No AC in our room but we didn’t need it with open windows and ceiling fan! Having no staff there wasn’t a problem and they have dishes and a microwave in the lobby for making oatmeal or heating up leftovers. They set out lemonade and cookies in the afternoon. The only thing that I would suggest thats missing to have in the lobby would be a water cooler/filter refillable station. PARKING: We parked for the day up about 2 blocks in the 10 hr lot, then around 4 or 5, we’d bring it back down to street parking in the evening and in the am, take the car back to the free 10 hr lot not far away."

"We stayed in the Middleton Suite. It was larger than we expected and included a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The gas woodstove in the sitting area was a nice touch and warmed us on a chilly morning. Overall, very comfortable for an overnight stay!"

"We can’t say enough about our time at Inn to the Woods, from the supportive and flexible communications around travel and arrival to the extremely welcoming amenities. We had privacy to enjoy our time together from our lovely sweet and private hot tub and also enjoyed connecting with other guests during locally sourced breakfasts with the lake in view and the seat warmers making us comfortable."

"Bunk beds for children a plus. The kitchen amenities were great. The landscape to the water was just wonderful as there was so much space to run and walk the dog. Having a pet there was a big plus. I appreciated the little dog dishes and towels specified for hounds. We loved the deer roaming the property and we loved the sunrises and sunsets. It was a perfect little getaway for us. Our son and family has a wonderful beach home (VRBO rental) down the road and feels he’d like to rent Jenny’s place next year. Thank you, all!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this tiny, historic cabin. No water access. Secluded and peaceful. Bed is super comfy. Decorated super cute! Wake up to the birds. Bring your own cooking supplies. Well equipped kitchen but only salt and pepper. We will return."
