"Luis gave us a great check in experience after a long flight. He gave us an upgrade as well as do everything possible to have the room ready even if we arrived a bit early.
The area is safe, quiet within walkable distance of bars and restaurants. Metro station is not too far off either "
"The breakfast was amazing with well balanced options of yogurt, nuts, fruits, freshly made omelette, bread and coffee. The location was the second best part of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well and looked to be of premium quality as we had very good sleep! Overall a great stay! "

Barceló Torre de Madrid
10/10 Excellent
"Loved our stay at Hotel Barceló!
Super clean rooms (seriously spotless 👌), and the location couldn’t be better—right by Plaza España with gorgeous views.
Big shoutout to Azhmad, William, and Lucia from the staff—they were absolute stars 🌟. So friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.
If you’re heading to Madrid, this place is a solid pick."
"Excellent hotel walking distance from the main centre & metro & bus links nearby. We had a terrace top floor (additional nominal cost) was bigger than our room . Could have sun loungers & hot tubs on them it was so big. Pool was small but a large terrace that you could sit. Spoilt by kids trying to use as a swimming pool as it was so hot. Who brings kids to a major city for holidays. We ended up sitting on our terrace to get peace & quiet. Staff very helpful breakfast was good . Would go back & get a terrace 😁"
