"Excellent apartment all of the facilities you would need in kitchen bathrooms etc, air con was brilliant as it was very hot in Florence. Very clean and smooth check in and out process. Location great for short walk to tourist attractions."

"Bed linens clean. Luke warm shower, Not hot enough for comfort. Well stocked kitchen although grill for toasting bread was not clean. Would have enjoyed outside seating. Just table and couple chairs in garden would have been great for morning coffee or evening drink. "

"Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "

"Check-in process was a little delayed. Location great and very big size so great for families. Didn’t know there was a washer but wish there was a dryer too. Coffee maker didn’t work. Otherwise, great place"
