"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"Great room in a central part of time. Only minutes from Saint Mark square and other tourist spots. City turned electricity off one day that we were there and staff did all they could do to minimize the impact. Would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location and view. Noise is expected and part of living in the area. Staff were kind and courteous. There was a rush for breakfast even in mid March. Some.noise at night from the usuage of laundry machines in the floor. Loved my stay though"

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "
