"Rooms were clean. We had a balcony that overlooked small canal. Easy walk from water bus station for convienance. Offered free trip to Murrano by water taxi - good luck getting back. Just beware. Breakfast was extra but very good. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square 10 to 15 minutes. Nicely decorated - nice hotel."

"Very comfortable room with a pretty view. Right on canal which was convenient but loud at night. Room was well appointed, but a little tired (stains on counters, torn curtains). Breakfast is sub-par and coffee is from a machine and is not great. Good for a quick grab and go, but nothing compares to made to order coffee and fresh baked goods of local cafes. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless and the staff were very pleasant. Also it’s a central location for tourists. Good for getting all over Venice, but crowds made it slow to navigate to/from the hotel. If you’re going for the biennale, recommend a location closer to the main venues."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Our room had a view to the water canal where we could see gondolas pass by. It was a bit noisy however, but we were on the main level floor. Overall I would highly recommend, location is central, staff are friendly and super helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful."
