"Stayed at the Hilton Financial District in San Francisco and honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect — close to Chinatown, North Beach, the waterfront, and super easy to get around the city from here. The hotel itself felt clean, modern, and well maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The room had incredible city views, was quiet at night, and the bed was extremely comfortable after long days exploring San Francisco. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale without being pretentious. You can tell this hotel is run properly. Between the service, cleanliness, location, and overall experience, I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco."

"The hotel is in a nice location but our room had a cracked shower head, the Nespresso machine would not work properly. The TV turned off in 10 minutes and the remote would not work properly. The restaurant is only ok. The front doors need to be automatic. People almost hit me with the door coming out of the place as I was about to walk in."

"Excellent place for an overnight stay when using SFO airport (either arriving or departing). Used this hotel as we flew in from NYC for our vacation to Sonoma Valley. We appreciated that the accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was free and plentiful. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast available from 6:00 - 10:00 and was able to relax as checkout isn't until 12:00. Upon driving up to Sonoma we relaxed by the nice waterfront and took some pictures of arriving United Airlines airplanes."

"Clean room, convenient and close to shops. Room was cozy, slept well. -1 star for valet parking. Valet car and 2nd day of parking attendant stated parking was full. Escalated issue to manager and indicated I paid for valet, finally allowed to valet. parking attendant appeared stressed, short staff running back and forth parking cars."
