Beautiful and safe hotel. Parking is free which is amazing. We arrived around 5 and was immediately welcomed to the happy hour with wine and appetizers. Would stay here again!

The Crowne Plaza was a very positive experience. Upon arrival there was a problem with the air conditioning in my room, but the front desk and the technician were helpful to move me to another room. I absolutely loved the bed and the pillows, the bed was very luxurious. The shower head, which often is a problem in many hotels, had fantastic water pressure. I actually don't think I've ever seen a shower head like that. The breakfast area was very nice and well decorated, I enjoyed having breakfast there. I appreciated the complimentary parking. I plan to stay there again.

Not great for families with kids and a dog. Room was smaller than expected and the ceilings were damaged and the carpet was dirty. View out the window was concrete slab. This is a good Airport layover hotel. Breakfast was overpriced and I thought it was complimentary breakfast each day but just for one day. One of the elevators was out of service and the pool area felt clinical.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Foster City on a Friday for a little staycation and had such a great time! Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, and our room was in a convenient location near the elevators, which made getting around the hotel really easy. The pool was also nearby downstairs if we wanted to use it. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the Clubhouse bar and lounge! We had so much fun there. The music was great, with a mix of 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 2000s music that made for such a fun atmosphere. Our drinks were yummy, and we ordered the calamari and yuca fries. Both were really good! The service at the Clubhouse was top notch. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The bartenders were great, and the supervisor was wonderful as well. You could really tell the staff cared about making sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, we really enjoyed our staycation and had a great experience. We would definitely come back again, especially for another fun night at the Clubhouse!
